I’ve sorry you are so unhappy with the service you received. I didn’t invoice you for the USPS Express shipping because I covered the shipping cost of $36.54 for you. I shipped the package to the contact and address per your the note on your order receipt. You are correct. I issued the shipping label on Tuesday PM, but the cards were not finished til that evening after pickup. The processing of print orders is about a 24-48 hour (estimate) depending on the number of jobs in the print queue and add-on features that didn’t apply to your order. With the Wednesday AM shipping and the USPS Express Mail, you should have received the cards no later than Friday 3:00 afternoon. USPS guarantees Express Mail in 1 business day but I have found I need to give them two days. With shipping Express your daughter should have received the package on Thursday but no later than Friday afternoon. It should never have taken USPS 36 hours for the package to leave Central Florida. I’m very sorry for that. There seems to be no reason for that delay and no exceptions issued. The shipping of your package should have gone more smoothly and I should have notified you that I wasn’t going to invoice you for the USPS Express shipping. I wanted to do something nice, but it didn’t turn out well. Unfortunately, I can’t control the package once USPS has it. I can only control what happens with art production, printing and information distribution to my customers. This is the first bad review I have received in almost 2300 orders over six plus years. I don’t take your review lightly and will do my best to improve for future customers.
