New brothread 80 Spools Polyester Embroidery Machine Thread Kit 1000M (1100Y) Each Spool – Colors Compatible with Janome and Robison-Anton Colors

This is my first major thread purchase for an embroidery machine I recently purchased. I purchased the 80 spool set so that I would have a decent variety of colors and I selected New Brothread because this particular set of threads is made so the colors and color numbers would be like Janome’s threads. Also, part of the purchase decision was the awesome rating on Amazon. Once I had worked with my embroidery machine for a while, I was no longer making as many rookie mistakes (I wasn’t sure if I caused the issues or if my machine caused it or if the thread was the problem) and then the New Brothread threads were working perfectly.Then I had a request from a friend to make a number of items with a marine-themed print fabric with a lot of dark blue but also with a fair amount of several lighter shades of blue and some white spots. The thread I chose was the N273 Honeydew because the color popped out perfectly. Now I needed some additional thread of that same color to finish the project. It turns out that you can buy it on Amazon, but only as a part of a set of different colors which I did not need at this point. So I ended up looking at the New Brothread web site to find that same color. They also only sold it as part of a set. So I filled out the comment form on their Contact page explaining the issue and asked what they recommended. They got back to me the next morning and said they had it in stock and they would see to it that I would receive the proper thread. So I did what they said, then they did what they said they would do, and now I have the thread I needed.So, it was a great price on Amazon for a decent thread, and great customer support from New Brothread. That leaves me very satisfied all around.
