Ordered this battery and rack to put on my Aventon Pace 500.3 the first battery arrived extremely well packaged but it would not charge up, I was so very disappointed but I must admit the seller through Amazon was 100% responsive and immediately went into action replacing my bad battery and rack with a complete new system. The new battery turnaround time was 6 work days. The replacement battery has now been on my bike for over a 500 miles about 9 charge cycles with no problems whatsoever extended the range of my Aventon from around 50 miles too close to 120 miles I am very happy, I am not sure what type of batteries are in here but I hope they’re good quality I will update this if anything happens in the near future. Just to be perfectly clear this rack and battery system are not a custom fit on my Aventon 500.3 I had to create a bracket that would allow it to bolt on to the lower part of the bike so not for the not so mechanically inclined.
