I’ve purchased both the customized (with inscription) and the assortment without inscription from this company. Both turned out great and the audience loves them. In fact, each year my clients are asking me if they’re going to get “that cool pen” again. It’s funny how just the right promo item can have such a lasting impression. But then, that’s the whole purpose for these giveaways, isn’t it?Some things to know: it is shipped from overseas, and they use a logistics company (in this case. YunExpress) that then goes through a local carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc) to get it to you in the U.S. So, to avoid the three days of headaches I went through, get the name of the U.S./local carrier ASAP. The next time I order, I will be insisting that they do not go through USPS (the only hiccup was trying to get a real person at the local post office to answer when the package was late, but worked out in the end). Again, communication by MengRan, the seller/supplier is excellent and they typically responded within hours.Another good thing to know is that Amazon is totally wrong about the shipping time. It is WAY faster than listed. We needed it for an event the next week and it was shipped within two days of receipt, which was amazing given that it was a large order (almost 500 items). The delay came when it was received by the USPS. So again, not a reflection of MengRan, who did an excellent job of getting it to the U.S. quickly.Finally, I was given a strict budget to work with. After comparing it against other items, this was the best deal with shipping. I wish they had a larger font selection, but then again, I was working with a budget and a deadline. They do, however, have a nice assortment of colors to choose from.TL;DR – This pen with shipping is the best deal, especially for an inscribed item, and is shipped quickly. Get the name of the U.S. Carrier ASAP so that if there is a delay you can work with your local carrier.
